Specific Purpose Contract covering a Period of Leave
until approx. June 2026
Gorey Hill School is a Special School that provides an appropriate education for students, aged 4 to 18 years old, who have a diagnosis of Autism and complex learning needs or complex learning needs with a professional recommendation for a special school.
On application for the post, the applicant must meet the following criteria:
- Be fully registered with the Teaching Council under Route 1 (Primary), Route 4 (Other) or Route 2 (Post Primary) with the Teaching Council.
- A post graduate qualification in Special Education is desirable
- Significant experience with children who have a diagnosis of Autism/Autistic Spectrum Disorders and/or additional education needs is desired.
